DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineering design for road projects assigned using MXRoad design software.
• Compile and check drawings.
• Liaison with authorities for road projects assigned.
• Prepare taking off sheet and bill of quantity for road projects assigned.
• Prepare tender evaluation report.
• Design and evaluate pavements for all road projects.
• Prepare documents and cost estimate related to tender bidding.
• Design of pavements using AASHTO, CBR and Mechanistic method.

2006 – present

Nilai Education Complex, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan (Client : Ministry of Education)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fully involved in road design from the Conceptual Design Stage to the Detailed Design Stage.
• Designed a Four-Lane Dual-Carriageway ring road of 5.2km linking all education institutions in the complex using MXRoad.
• Designed the pavement thickness for all hierarchy of roads within the project limits using CBR Method.
• Preparation and checking of Tender Drawings, Contract Drawings and Taking Off for the project.
• Liason with relevant authorities related to the project.
• Coordination between all team members from other consultants including Architects, M&E and other C&S.

2005 – 2006

Lebuhraya Pantai Timur Package 2, Terengganu (Client : JKR HQ)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design of an intersection from LPT into Jalan Jerangau-Jabur with assistant from a senior engineer using MXRoad.
• Liason with JKR during the course of the project.

2006 – present

Highway from Kota Bharu - Kuala Krai, Kelantan (Client : JKR HQ)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fully involved in road design from the Conceptual Design Stage to the Detailed Design Stage.
• Designed a Four-Lane Dual-Carriageway R6 standard highway from Machang to Kuala Krai under Section 3 using MXRoad.
• Designed three interchanges (Diamond & Trumpet) for the highway using MXRoad
• Preparation and checking of Tender Drawings, Contract Drawings and Taking Off for the project.
• Liason with relevant authorities related to the project.

2005 – 2007

Upgrading of road and intersection at Jalan Meru-Jalan Tap, Klang, Selangor (Client : JKR Selangor)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designed a four-legged intersection intersecting Jalan Meru-Jalan Tap of R4 standard using MXRoad.
• Preparation of Taking Off for the project.
• Liason with relevant authorities related to the project.
